1. Costs and methods of delivery

This section explains methods and costs of delivery for items ordered on Armare Ropes e SpecialRig web sites.
Delivery in Italy and abroad are made by express courier. Bartolini BRT is normally used for national shipments and DHL for international shipments. Standard and priority services are available.
The cost of delivery is automatically calculated by the system at the moment of the order confirmation, and takes into consideration the destination of the goods, the weigth and the dimentions of the package.


2. Delivery costs

Delivery options will vary according to weigth, dimention and delivery address.
If, when making your order, you cannot select or visualize a determined option, this means that this delivery option is not available, because it does not respect some criteria such as dimention, category or availability.


3. Standard delivery times

The written times refer only to deliveries through carrier.
The time of the processing will be subject to the items bought.
Shipment in Italy: from 1 to 3 days, depending on the shipment location
Shipment in EU: up to 5 working days
Shipment outside the EU: up to 10 working days

NB:the times specified are those generally estimated by carriers to whom Armare entrusts the goods sold. Delays may happen, beyond the control or the professionalism of the Armare staff.


4. General notes

Order confirmation: orders are intended to be confirmed once the payment has been convalidated through an on line Credit Card payment or through Bank Transfer, as indicated in the payment section. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the time taken to convalidate the transfer will determine the day on which the goods are shipped from the wharehouse.
Delivery insurance: all goods are transferred at the risk of the purchaser and are not insured. Armare will take no responsibility in the case of lost or damaged goods. In such cases Armare will consider only the eventual refund of the delivery charges for the order.
