KBRM50 S. STEEL LASHING BLOCK

The KBRM50 is the version equipped with stainless steel flanges of our range of KBR blocks devoted to Racing and Super Yachts. It is a very low friction lashing block designed for larger loads. It is the latest addition to the KBR range and has been designed to meet the aesthetic, reliability and resistance requirements of Super Yachts while being a high performance block. Very few blocks on the market can display a coefficient of friction of 2% on very high loads. Titanium sheave, titanium rollers, ceramic side balls and mirror-polished stainless steel flanges. The KBRM is certainly the most efficient Super Yacht block on the market. A performance gem.

Sheave material Titanium

– Traditional appearance
– Ultra light and compact compared to its competitors
– Reliable and resistant even under very heavy load
– Mirror-polished stainless steel flanges
– Titanium sheave for weight and resistance
– Titanium roller bearing and lateral ceramic balls on raceways treated titanium (Karver patent)
– Compact tulip sheaves
– Minimal friction even under very high load (2%)
– Impressive longevity of the bearings (due to the low friction)
– Anti-rollover shape. The pulley remains straight regardless of the direction of the effort
– Very generous central space to attach several lashings (low runners for example)
– A real design that stands out from other pulleys on the market
– Range from 1.5 T to 40 T
– Also available with aluminum (KBR A) or carbon (KBR C) flanges)

– Delivered without textile shackle
– The blocks are delivered with the bearings lightly greased which has the effect of an impression of significant friction when one tries to make them turn by hand (without load).
